• All photography packages beyond "Silver" are versatile and can be used for any type of photoshoot (birthday, graduation, maternity, portraits, banding, etc.) 

• If you're unsure on which package to select, choose based on the session time and number of edited images included, not the occasion.

• Edit turn-around is 7-10 business days. Please inquire about rush services if you'd like them sooner.

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment. 

• Once your deposit is paid, you will be contacted to discuss further details about your photo session (theme, outfits, set design, etc.).

• This deposit only secures your time slot—it is non-refundable and does not include additional fees. If you cancel your service, the deposit will be forfeited. 

• Custom set designs or specific photo styles may require an additional fee.

• A travel fee may apply if the shoot location is outside of the Moments and Visions studio.

•  A $50 rescheduling fee will be applied to any session changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
